The view from Equinox.
The food there is alright , it's the awesome view which made up for every other thing!


One of the dinner gown which was not chosen in the end.
I love the colours of it sooo much but the overall feel was a little... Shiny.
I went for something really simple in the end.


Ice cream again after dinner one night!
It's minutes drive to the airport from my home so we go there for Ice cream pretty often. The smell of airport always gives me those familiar happy travellers feeling!

K and I went to shunji matsuo for a haircut and a colouring job ( me )
I was very happy with the result, as usual.
I have not been doing rebonding for around 4 years and even though that means I have to spend more time on my hair everyday, I'm happy as I kinda like the big hair look on most days.
It also means that I can always get some curls at the bottom of my hair all the time Just by using the jose Eber straightener.
A rebounded hair is often too poker straight and that makes it almost impossible to style with.



G and I visited W's sister's newly TOP home at The Clift.
An amazing property at tanjong pagar.
There I was, in front of this little pool which is available at every BBQ station, overlooking the city. Now, that's some cool home to call your own.



It was one of those nights when one of us had a craving for hawker centre food.
First try of this much patronized soup stall at bedok.
It was sooooo thick and full of flavor but it was a little too much for me. I also made the mistake of adding chilli padis to it. Wrong move. Herbs and chilli are not a good match at all.

Almost made it

Its been a lazy few weeks.

Xmas holidays and then new years day and now, I'm all prepared for cny!

No longer as excited about cny as when I was little. Now, I get more excited about Xmas.

There is a certain joy in bringing joy to others. I love choosing gifts for gift exchange and seeing the reactions of the recipients though sometimes, I end up getting things that are not on top of their list. Haa.

Doing a mask right now to perk the skin up a little.
Been ages since I last did anything meaningful to it. Looking at all the skincare I have and how I never get to using them... It's no wonder how they always last me for such a long time.

Tonight, i'm using berries yogurt mask from laneige and I mixed in a little pearl powder.
Love how it leaves the translucent feel on the skin and I should start remembering to use it really!
There was a period of time when I mixed pearl powder with almost all my skin care and it did do wonders to my skin. Or so I believed. Best to get back to routine as time ticks by. Sigh!!



I dunno how I did it. This is only my 2nd tube of scrub from Lamer since 4-5 years ago!
Did I really use the previous one for so long???
And was it meant to last that long?
I left it aside for a few weeks/months at a time and then come back to use it again.
Will finish up this tube sooner



Had a good deal for this favourite through one of our tenants.
Can't wait to taste it during our cny reunion dinner perhaps!

Was shopping for a nice dinner dress for a wedding dinner. Xmas period means getting spoilt for choices and dresses are unusually glamorous.
Love this toga dress that was decorated was feathers.
A pity it wasn't really fitting, nevertheless, I had fun seeing how I look in it :)




Bought this versatile piece instead. Love those drapes!
A very easy-to-wear piece.
I can wear this forever and on so many different occasions.
Best part of it is that it costs really little as compared to many other dresses which I saw.

The heels that night was really easy to walk in. No sores, no blister. I was a happy lady.




The present I got for gift exchange on the night out with the babes!
Totally enjoyed their company!!
A pity that jasmine could not be there as she was catching monkeys in sentosa -_-"



Ah ni's birthday celebration in the office!
As it is the Xmas period, C got her a log cake instead of the usual round one we will always get.



Our dinner at sun with moon at wheelock on saturday night.
The menu they have there is a little different from the one at the central. My recommendation is the one at wheelock.
Love their lunch menu especially where you get a bento with 9 different dishes.
For dinner, we tried the wagyu beef, their signature rice set, dobinmushi, grilled hotate and chopped salmon with spring onions wrapped in rice paper.
A very satisfying meal that completed the night :)





























A new neck cream for my fast wrinkly neck and the rest are all samples. I was a little shocked at how much samples the sweet sales lady gave me though!




And then, laneige did the same thing. Gave out tonnes of samples.
The Berries yogurt mask is really effective!
Gives instant radiance :)

Have not started using these. How can I? They are so princessy, soo unbelievably delicate!
I'll only start using is on Christmas!
